91 S13 Mechanical suggestions

Ok I just bought a S13 not that long ago from a friend, (Im not here to ask for help on the build), I just need to know the common mechanic needs for a S13 to make it absolutely perfect for daily driving. For example things needed to be done to the engine to make it run perfect.
Once again I dont need help on the BUILD ITSELF!!!!! :bigok:
