16x1.5 pump
14x1.5(o-ring) rack
(2) 90 degree -6 ps ends
-6 line, but DO NOT use braided line. use actual ps line. the braided will not hold the 1100lbs the pump produces. it will leak!!

^ nice guy!! that's everything you'll need

but...if you're cheap like i am (and i bet you are ;))....get Russell components. They make a hose called "powerflex" which is stainless braided and designed to take the pressure of PS lines. I think it looks better than that blue fabric wrapped earl's stuff, and is much cheaper. they also make stainless steel (as opposed to aluminum) hose ends which also stand up to the high pressures of the PS system. all available from summit as well

i actually did my own today i went and got my fittings at a place called air hose in Bloomington CA, i was surprised how expensive it was for 2 90 bend fitting and 1 45degree bent and 5ft of hose of the blue ps line was 100bucks and they where out of the adapter fittings so i went to california hydraulics and got them there for another 50 bucks so 3fittings, 5ft of hose, 1 teflon tape, 2adapter fittings came out to 150bucks but he told me i got what i paid for he said that hose is the best out there and will last a long time. i ended using only like 2ft of hose now i have extra anybody want to buy some hahah

yikes! i bet it's high quality...but damn that's expensive. I think my whole setup of Russell stuff came out to be around $70. I'm yet to find out if its gonna hold up or leak though :crosses fingers:

its not rocket science to make them, the fittings are not pressed so you are fine i make a lot of oil hoses and air hoses for my customer big rigs so i didnt expect this to be a big deal.
