hubs? like stock hubs ?go to a junkyard
or do you mean 5 lug hubs for s13 fronts? they arent 40 bucks..try 300 the pair.
or steering wheel hubs? HKB is cheap IN JAPAN. and Hong Kong.
It's not cheap, but my D.speed catalog has the 5lug hubs for the S13 for $330 front set and $480 for the rear. Now considering that the on the only thing different on 4-5 lug S14's are just the hubs, you can swap out the hubs and rotors. And the rear 4lug hubs are the same for S13's and S14's... so you can just get rear 5lug hubs from the dealer and just swap those out for $88 per hub new from Nissan. Labor is listed as 1.4hrs for replacing both front hubs and 2.0 hrs for both rear. Also the 5lug non-abs hubs for the S14 are $93 new from Nissan. This is the route I'm considering for my S14, but I won't do so until I get the Z32 brakes for the front.

why buy dealer?!
go junkyard
NA Z32 rears work perfect!
S14 rears too
just the FRONTs i prefer the japanese 5 lug, just change the hub, not the spindle or drilling larger holes.
dont ask me what i mean, cuz if you don't know/understand, you need to research more on the 5 lug conversion.

For the price... to me it's cost effective to buy it new, rather than spending the money on a used part and worrying if it's going to fail.

YES its not safe to drill your 5lug rotors to 4. i did that w/ my z32 rotors. drilled to 4 lug!
i guess that means its safe to go 4-5 as well!! you use one of the 4 lug holes and drill the other 4 for it to be 5 lug compatible
ahh if you need to worry then you didnt inspect it enough!

Let me get this straight...
All you need is hubs? What about all that other ****? Spindles, ball joints, etc?

that's the beauty of it, you dont need that other stuff
its the hubs w/ the lug studs on it. unbolt your old one (4 lug) and bolt the new one (5 lug) in and bammo. all done! haha..its that simple.
i will get some next year (april/mayish) i think..so far looks good. makes the install SUPER easy no drilling, sourcing more parts, etc
rear is same. z32 NA hubs. bolt in bolt out. done.

Someone hit me VERY F***ING HARD!Stupid me. I read about the 5-lug swap in SCC, and upon finding rims that are light enough for my tastes I've been scouring lookinf for parts and shops to completely redo my suspension. Now all I need is $300 in new parts, and my brakes?! Darn &%#!ing stupid *(#)! mother*^#*!!!!!
*PHEW*
So I guess just a 5-lug stock rear rotor will work with a S13 rear stock caliper as well?
PS: Thanks for info!

yeah. you can redrill your rear rotors to 5 lug and bolt up your stock caliper/rotor to it no problem.
basically.
if you go japan style
5 lug front hubs (you wont need to drill your strut hole or get spindles and all that crap-probably: FINDING THEM IS HARD stateside---NEED IMPORTER).
z32 NA rear hubs. bolt up cool
redrill stockers if you want to go stock brakes
and blammo. done.
what rims did you go with?
what do you want to do with your suspension? we have a lot of gurus and nerds on that stuff here on zilvia heh..

Well I'm thinking Apex'I N1 coilovers with a set of Nismo LM GT4 rims. :)
But they are $$$.... I'm trying to find the weight of Black Racing rims cause they look nice and aren't badly priced.

Only the rears are bolt on, the front hubs are pressed on. Other than that... it is simple.

Finding them isn't too much of a problem. Just gotta go to your local nissan dealer and buy the hub.

Let me clear some things up. AFAIK, the only thing "bolt on" concerning the front s-13 is hubs from Attain. I was quoted $450 for the pair from jspecusa (sam).
Reading other articles, the S-14 uses a larger diameter front spindle; thus, the s-14 hub won't bolt onto the s-13 spindle. This requires using the s-14 spindle. Also seems that the s-14 ball joint is different requiring that the s-14 lower control arm be used as well. What a PITA! However, http://www.pdm-racing.com/ sells s-13 lca's with the s-14 ball joints installed.
I still can't get a strait answer if 300ZX wheels will fit on an s-13 with stock struts. unstable-hybrids has an s-13 with 300zx wheels, but that guy has non-stock struts...

ok, no you cannot use the S14 Lower control arm on the S13 it is slightly longer than S13 lower control arm. it will throw off your suspension geometry. you need to install the S14 ball joint in the S13 lower control arm. Also as far as PDM racing goes they do not sell the S13 control with the S14 ball joint installed it has a S13 ball joint.
yes 300zx wheels will fit on a S13 my friend ran them.

tex240sx,
If you are gonna use the OEM Z32 front tires (225/50-R16) they WILL hit your OEM springs. You need at least 20mm spacers for the front.
