I don't believe they have anti-lag feature.... I think people use Autec for anti-lag, that is what the DS240RS uses....

Yea, think of a PFC as a stock ECU that is completely tuneable.

^ exactly.
Especially if you go to a power excel shop, then they can mess with everything.

could be tuning, I have a l jetro, and it stumbles quite a bit when cold, going from a stop. I was told it could be fixed when I get it tuned, just haven't done it yet.

No it doesnt.
The full haltech plug and play kit is about 1400 bucks give or take a few.
The sticker price on a Power FC is still almost 1000 bucks give or take 100 depending on optional features.
So it's not twice the price.
unless your talking USED power fc then yes.
I Know the skyline PFC's have a setup for anti-lag , Sean Morris knows about.
not on the sr20 units I have played with so far and I have played with many units.

aem does have a two step feature. i've had a power fc d-jetro and had it tuned with the data logit kit (unlocks all the features). it was good and did its job but the thing about it is, for the price of the djetro + data logit , OR d-jetro and getting tuned by an excel shop you might as well get the aem. alot more people (at least in my area) tune aem...it has way more features and alot more in depth tuning ability the power fc. if i go back to a standalone i'm going straight to an aem ems.

Anti-Lag and 2 step Rev limit are often confused.
Anti-Lag is a seperate feature that is typically used in ralley cars to keep the turbos spooled in between gear shifts and can also be used at the line to over heat the turbine housing without adding load to the engine (Just retarding timing) - A good ems will allow you to specifically tune the amount of retard over the rpms the engine is trying to launch or pre-spool at as well as allow specification of fuel + or - sometimes over a whole map (Like the Haltech)>
2ndary rev limits are just that it's a secondary rev limit that is only activated when a switch is depressed. You then find the awkward place on the map where you are in that load cell and tune that small rpm region for the timing retard and fuel enrichment you need to pre-spool your turbo. Again another way of getting at the same thing
