S14 Sr20DE+T

I have an automatic S14 (JDM) I was going to convert to a 2JZ single with auto from my wrecked SC300. Because the car was in such good shape I decided not to go ahead with the project. Being NA and auto meant the car was painfully slow and would not spin the tires under any condition even in water in the burnout box. Took it down the 1/4 mile for the laugh and it did an 18.67sec pass. After that I bolted on a s13 t25 and manifold full 3" exhaust 270cc injectors and a FMIC, thats it not even a boost gauge. The only tunning involved was backing of the timing to avoid pinging. The car felt good and became a surprisingly good drifter even with the autobox. I took it to the track and did a 14.57 @99.7mph with a lazy 2.4sec 60 foot. I was surprised.

How much hp do you guys think it's making running on 7psi and the 1/4 mile time/mph? How far have S14 SR20de's been pushed with proper tunning? How much power will the auto hold?

I believe you have a ka24de not a sr20de. Installed 270cc? Do you mean 370cc? Hp numbers I am guess 180whp. I cant stress enough to search stuff out bro. I think you have a long ways to go before you need to worry about how much the tranny will hold also. I recommend doing a 5 speed swap if your going to attempt drifting. JDM? What makes your car JDM?

My car is JDM as in a right hand drive SR20DE S14 Silvia bought directly from japan (for $500 BTW) Yep the 270cc was a typo I meant 370cc injectors out of a S13 SR20DET. My SC300 as all SC300 with 6cylders had a 2JZGE witch I turbocharged with a T71 to 654 whp (all work done by myself, not new at this, just newish @ SR20DE's have done some work on DET's). I also have a 5speed S14 Silvia and have no interest in converting the auto S14. The silvia's are just DD/dabble toys. Not looking for big power just curious about the power output and potential of the combo as is, Automatic S14 SR20DE

Thanks, Yeah it's a Silvia Q. The T71 SC300 is no more Wrecked it 10 minutes after the dyno runs. I bought the auto Silvia to swap in the SC300 drivetrain but decide against it as I said before. I will see if I can find some pics
