By far the best clutch i've EVER used is made by
Searchfactory.
Shit was amazing.

Haha. Get the grippiest nicest clutch you can afford.
Or do that white bunny thing. It's cool too.

I recommend research on the product itself everyone has had good and bad experiences with clutch's. I realize you are new to the forum but those of us that have been around a little while see these posts everyday and using the search button will do wonders for you. There really isnt a clutch rated for how good it is at drifting neither. An all around safe break in would be about 250-300 miles around town without pounding on it. ACT and SPEC are well known.

You've got a KA, that's probably stock. Two paper plates could act as your clutch.
It's going to come down with how much "drivability" you're willing to sacrifice for clamping power - with a stock motor, something like an Exedy Stage 2 is my favorite. Lots of other manufactures make a sprung 6-puck rated at about 300ft-lbs, which is plenty for you.
Look around and see what you're willing to spend.

A little punctuation goes a long ways. I recommend "hooked on phonics".:keke:

Exedy stage one is a total waste of money... grips decently well (with low power, like, stock t25 at stock boost), but the difference in pedal pressure from stage one to stage two is minimal, with even more grip on the stage two, so why pay the same for a stage one?

Going to have to agree with Jordan...Your KA does not throw down enough power to get even OEM to slip. Look at what type of upgrades you are going to do and plan for that. Spending $700.00 plus on a flywheel and clutch package and the you go SR you have wasted your money...If you go KA-t that is different.

Best? Depends on what you mean by best.
Best torque capacity?
Best engagement (smooth stock type or race quick type)?
Best durability? How is that defined?
Best in terms of safety? SFI certified?
Best clutch life? Measured how? Number of miles, launches, engagements.
Best pedal feel (lighter, heavier)?
Best in terms of gear noise?
Best variety or choices?
Best look, paint, packaging, etc?
Best price, better customer service, better reputation, better distribution, better warranty, etc, etc...
There are so many different criteria for better. There is no BEST clutch. It all depends on what you want.
im also in the market for a new clutch for my sr swap ill be running a moderatly stock set up t25 10lbs or boost i was thinking of either the exedy stage 1 or the spec stage 2. i can find the exedy stage one for mad cheap but i was thinking, would it be worth spending the extra money and just go stage two right away.

A fidanza flywheel and illegal garage clutch was a nice setup.

RPS Max Street Clutches are good, along with the RPS flywheel which won't warp like other flywheels on the market. I've had a Fidanza flywheel with an Exedy clutch on my old setup, shit was warped like a mofo... With a ~320whp (SR) that old setup didn't last a week.
Honestly save your money and drop in an SR, unless your boosting the KA motor.
Bleh whatever.

The guy wants a clutch and you're telling him to buy an sr?
wtf.
I never had a problem with the fidanza flywheel, no warping at all even after I removed it.
