hey guys, i just replaced a bad maf and now my car idles correctly. the only problem is the car is smoking HEAVILY.. anyone know what some of the causes of this are?

black smoke means you are burning oil. blue is coolant i think? or is it white...
dont quote me, i am pretty new to the car scene.

white is coolant..
Black-running rich. White- coolant. Blue-oil.

its definately blue.. piston rings?
Yeah I'd say either rings or valve guides... poop

do a compression test...if the numbers are okay...then its your valve seals...like my car....hahaha...shit load of smoke coming out

i have good compression but still blow blue smoke. guess its valve seals
