I was thinking on waiting till i repaint my whole car. But i cant stand it. I want it gone now...
I was wondering if there is any local shops that can help with this.

any body repair shop can get this done even you can. if you have the time i say you do it. ill tell u the getto way.
step 1 buy some JB weld and some bondo, hardner, spreader,180-220 & 400 grit sand paper, paint.
step 2 go into your pocket and pull out all the pennies in your pocket then JB weld them under the hatch to close the holes
step 3 let it dry for 30 mins to and hour then rough up the hole area with 180-220 grit and clean
step 4 then start applying bondo with the correct mix ratio of hardner and even out and make smoth with spreader.let this dry until hardtime will be posted on bondo instructions
step 5 sand down so its smooth and apply more bondo if needed
step 6 sand down rest of hatch with 400 grit and clean
step 7 paint the hatch what every color primer you choose then folllow it up with any base color then clear if you choose. done

If you want it gone now, just take it off, fill the holes with bondo, and spraypaint them to match the trunk. That's what I did. I don't have any bodywork experience either, it could've been done better but I can't complain when it cost me 6$, and it's been holding up fine for over 3 years.
Since you plan on having your car painted later, you could try this as a temporary solution, and then have it done professionally once your car is in the bodyshop for paint.

seriously, if a body shop is actually IN BUSINESS, it'll be fine.
"trust working on my car?"
they're not straightening the frame. it's holes in the trunk. we're cheap as shit
so we bondo them and sand them and rattlecan em like men.
