$125 Full 24/hr day

Shop no lift but still tools
$10hr
$60 full 24/hr day

Please feel free to input your opinions on price ect. We will offer this until i say.
Along with the shop you will have full access to our office, internet, tv, games, movies to watch. We will set up a smoking area outside under the shade for your friends to chill and smoke.

Please pm me if interested and i will give you full details

I will be posting up pictures and a list of equipment later today.

Am I reading that right?

$100 for a full 24hr day? so $100 and I get to use the shop all day with the lift? If so thats a pretty damn good price imo, the $40/hr is pretty steep.

Good idea to make use of tools and equipment you arent currently using, AND help out the community with a place to work on their cars with professional tools.

good idea. make sure to have waiver forms so if anything ends up missing or damaged, person assumes liability.

I am still trying to work out how to price things out.

More important than missing or damaged property (which is going to happen) is damaged people.

My advice to you is to either purchase a sizeable policy or have some sort of release of liability written up. Even better, do both.

It's a great idea but full of pitfalls.

I would say like 15 an hour with lift.
125 for the whole day.

But yea youll have to sign waivers etc. and alot of that legal stuff.
I use my old shop at school, and the teacher made me sign waivers if I hurt myself, any items are gone, things are broken etc.

just lock up your tools, and when the guy renting out your facilities ask, keep it on a chart. At the end of the day, thats whats due. If its not returned, then hes liable to pay.
Then make sure you have a liability waiver.
Should work out, if your place isn't packed with people.

^ also, the easiest way to do this is to arrange all the tools on the board then spraypaint them hot pink, lol.

Yes we have already painted several cars in the shop. Some dust ect but way better than just a home garage. Nothing a good wet sand and a buff wont be able to take care of.

Thats a good deal. I wouldn't want to even begin to think how much it would cost someone to rent all the tools individually that you have available for one price, not to mention the space, and the lift.

Is there always going to be someone present at the shop? I would hate to see you get screwed by someone stealing a bunch of shit if no one is around.

Sounds like a cool idea. So if we rent the shop, we can bring as many people as we want to work on ONE car???

Nope your on your own. Any person that plans to be at the shop will be required to sign a waiver at the door. ( Just like pick a part)

You may bring a understandable amount of people. Don't bring your 20 member car teams and expect to chill around.
