for all the people who are running -an fuel lines, what filter are you guys using?

i have -6 an fuel line and currently have a z-32 filter, but i want one with -an fittings

also what did you guys use for the hard line, 5/16->-6an tube nut and sleeve with a 37* flare?

i use a earls inline filter for the AN
cheap and easy to get
-6 in and out as well.

Cut off the bead on the end of your stock hardline and you can flare it and a -6 fitting/tube nut/sleeve fit fine. Or you could just run a new -6/0.375" AN stainless feed/return line.

Aeromotive fuel filter (probably overkill) but hey it has like zero pressure drop :)

Same as above...cut stock flare, slide tube nut and sleeve over line, reflare for 37 degree angle, tighten down stainless line to nut. I used -5 hardline fitting (EAR-581805ERL) (EAR-581905ERL) and then a -5 to -6 converter. The 5/16 -6 fit loose but probably would work.

Im going to use (2) Filter just as the stock setup does. Im counting the "sock" on the fuel pump as (1) filter. Then you have the normal one in the engine bay for the second. So im using (2) Earl -6AN Filters, (1) before the external pump and (1) in the engine bay. May seem like overkill but i think its important to protect the pump.
