yes an no..
its hard to explain
the bottom part (that bolts onto the car) is the same in the s14 and s13
but the top part of the rail that bolts to the seat itself is different in the s13 and s14 and also different in the s13 normal and s13 type x

so now im left with an s13 type x seat with no rail cause my stock s13 seat rail wont bolt up to the seat itself..
