View Full Version : 1989 240sx, 2 tone coupe, KA24DE swap, 5lug, coilovers

Just throwing this out there to see if there is any interest before I officially part it out.

It has a West Virginia title that was never transferred into the person's name that I bought it from. Neither the person I bought it from, nor the original owner want to help me out. So basically the car has no title or at least I don't have the knowledge to get one for it. You could find a junk car and take all the VIN information from it and swap it to this car but that is illegal and I don't want to go that route. Anyway, on to the car:

-fresh KA24DE swap
-5 lug conversion from an S14
-OEM S14 wheels


The body is not perfect. It has a decent sized rust spot on the passenger rocker.

$1400 OBO

It will need a battery and the radiator leaks a little coolant from the inlet on top.

Why don't you just file for an abandoned vehical title, or put a mechanics lein on it so you can get the title?

Free bump anyway, its my twin except mine has no coilovers and is the silver/grey version:boink:

Coilovers are sold off of the car. Now asking $1400

just write the state dhsmv and send them a letter with the VIn and bill of sale or something and they will send u documents on what u need believe me it should work i had to as well

I am pretty sure I will be getting a title. But if it doesn't sell within a week or two, I am just going to part it out.
