89 Nissan 240SX SE 5SP NEW ENGINE 80k JUST SMOGGED 28MPG, MANY EXTRAS!!!

1989 Nissan 240sx Fastback SE, with a new KA24DE dual cam engine, has just over 80k miles, it came off a 94 240sx automatic, it comes with a lot of upgrades, its got over 5k invested, I just need to let it go because of financial reasons I have title in hand, ready to go. Just a tip, it would be much better to fix/paint the dent then post pix since you'd be doing it anyways, also, cleaning her up, wiping the dash and such, would help for you to get a quick sale, if you buffed and polished the car up to show a shiny black finish, i'm sure alot more will be interested, just my .02

I think not. Nonetheless, price has been dropped because the master clutch cylinder needs replacement along with the power steering high pressure hose, and the fact that I'm in a tight bind at the moment I'm offering 3300 with no alarm, and I'll fix the p/s and clutch cylinder for free.

dude not to bash but i sold my car that has susp, silvia brakes wit ss lines, vlsd, $500 dvd player, nardi wheel w/quick release, 17 advan sa3r, and a str8 ass body for 3500. and it was se hatch. might not get 28mpg but looks like its been maintained.

If you could/would fix all that is wrong with the car currently and just detail it to improve it's overall appearance you'd have a $2,500 car at most in my opinion.

It's really just a stock car with a damaged exterior, an extremely dirty engine bay, and a so so interior. I know you may feel the car is worth more because of the time and money you've probably spent on it, but realistically it's not.

thank you for your opinion, DreamN, thats what I will do, but still not for 2500 tho, simply because it isn't the 1st 240 I've sold and I've seen bone stock ones sell for well over 3k so I know that there is someone out there who is willing to splurge a little bit for a completely reliable car ya kno??? every time I buy a 240 with a KA, after a few months either the water pump goes out, one of the coolant bypass/radiator hoses leaks, a head gasket blows, specially that damn timing chain that always needs replacing starts rattling, and then you get the electrical gremlins that annoy the heck out of anyone. My car is pretty much bullet proof, and is perfect for a daily driver/ first 240sx/first car kinda thing.

pix of brakes plz. a str8 and clean body doesnt mean much when u got a NEW engine that isnt new but taken from a 15-18 yr old car rite.
