hey guys, just got a 91 s13 and its great i love it, but the thing is its got a bunch of dents. this in itself bothers me but the fact that ALL of the dents are on the unibody (roof/1/4 panels) REALLY bothers me. the dents on the roof are just hail damage but on the quarter panels theyre a little bit worse.. what course of action sould i take?

Don't you have dent removal places near you? I know that there are places here that don't charge much at all to remove hail damage. I know that they use some kind of suction cup to just pop the dents back. Apparently this doesn't hurt the paint, or stretch the metal in anyway. Maybe try searching for one of those, see if there's a kit or something available. Just throwing ideas out there. Hope it helps at least alittle.
how many times is someone going to post that video. Dry ice and co2 spray only work on select dent, very select. Ive tried both on little dings and it doesn't work also if the dent is creased its not going to work. the best way to get a dent out os to masseuse it out with a pole or something from behind.

I've tried the co2 trick and it doesn't work on my s14.
Do these techniques only work on aluminum bodies?
I've done the compressed(it's not Co2. Can't remember what's in it) gas and it worked ok. It made the dent less noticeable, but it had a crease, so you can still see it.

dent removal is done by Using the Dent Removal HOOK tools.
Looks like a "L" and you Poke/twist the dent out.Has to be placed in the center of where the Dent was CAUSED (on the inside of the panel) and Slowly Massage and poke the Dent .

Some other tools they will use is Hot Glue and These little Plastic Tabs....placed right over top of the dent,the glue Sticks it to the metal...Then they Use a Puller and it Breaks the tab away from the dent and a Clean Break from the car.Only Works on Certain dents.
You have to have something to Anchor/swivel the Tool on - on certain panels.doing a hood is Tough becuase you need an "S" hook to hang from an Open Hole or Frame..to run the hook tool through the middle of the S to give it Leverage.
S13 Doors are a P.I.T.A.You have to Drill a Hole on the underside of the Door to get to them.
You would normally stick a Wedge in the Glass to seperate it enough to get the hood down there.But On theS13 You CAN"T.Theres a Metal SUpport running through the door.SO you have to go from the bottom.
I've been training to Pull dents so I did a few on my S13 in the fenders.
Takes some Serious Skill and DENT Pullers,While a common trade..can Make some Serious MONEY.
FInd Hail storms and Take off.

^^^only way to really fix it IMO - I think the real question is;
When you fill the ding, to repaint the spot, you technically have to repaint the whole door/finder/ect no? I have some dings but dont want to repaint the whole door. Lots of wetsanding fix that?

Sure you can pull out dings...stud welder + dent puller
IMO you want to pull out the dent as smooth as possible and use minimal body filler
