Good and bad...
Great Quality wastegate... but sorta "picky, and either full on or off"
Personally I use a TIAL Wastegate, I believe F1 Cars use the same stuff....

i heard that they flutter alot and sometimes cant hold alot of boost consistently.

The diaphragms burn out on them pretty quickly, then they give boost spikes, etc. Basically, after 6 months, they don't control boost anymore.
Save yourself the aggravation, spend the extra money and get the Tial wastegate.

Heh. I would highly recommend spending the extra money on a good wastegate (Tial). Don't mess with the wastegate, because it solely determines if your engine lives or dies (well.. fuel determines that too.) Boost spikes are not good. Even a couple too many psi will cook rings and pit pistons. My 13psi too much destroyed just about every moving part in my engine, sans the crankshaft.

One word: Crap
I had a deltagate and it started to spike. I replaced it with a Tial and it's like night and day. I took the Delatagate apart and can't find what the hell is wrong with it. Yet it spikes. I've seen Tial replacement for the deltagate as low as $225. Not a bad price fopr a high quality unit.
