S15 hood emblem fitment

hey guys just wondered if any of you guys have put the s15 hood emblem "s" on a s14 hood? the reason i'm asking is cuz the stock nissan emblem slides into 2 holes and i dn't no if the s15 emblem will cover the holes or does it slides in like the nissan emblem? i don't want to buy it if i ll have to patch and repaint the hood. thanks for help
