I know!!!! I cut most of my quarters out with the manual labor shears when i was doing my wide fenders! My buddy yelled at me and let me use his electric shears! So much better

Hand held bandsaw. Cut off wheel would work best though.

you're picking up a quarter pound?!?!....jk

pneumatic shears cut through that flimsy nissan sheet metal like butta

edit...but since you probably won't have access to compressed air when ur cutting it off i'd go with a sawzall. won't take too long

Sawzall works fine, I've cut up over three dozen cars with usually a single blade per. Just make sure it's a decent model, anything below 7 amps is junk. I use a 13 amp Makita, it's got enough power to break the blade clean off instead of just binding and jerking your arm into the car like lesser models, which can generally leave a trail of blood or bruises.

How far are you driving to do this? I have one already cut but i'm in san diego. Not sure if its worth the drive or if you were going to drive far anyways?

what about drilling out the spot welds? it will have to be done anyways. To get my QP I drilled out the spot welds, cut the metal off at the middle of the rear window, side window, and wheel well.

well after training lessons with arnold i can rip through anything. lol but on a serious note you could use one on the dremel tools with the circle saw head on it. its small and easy to manuver. ( i cant spell today)

A dremel would take literally all day and a hundred blades (wheels). It would be a clean cut though.

Just make sure you dont dip into the fuel tank.

In all seriousness, cut off wheel would do the job. But for god sakes, wear some safety goggles.
