Where did you get that guage cluster thingy over your factory gauges?

I ordered it from Border-Racing, in Japan, through my business.

Alright man, looking good.
Few questions, did you make the gauage pod ? if so, how ? was it hard ?

Did you buy that vavle cover off someone ? If so, I think I know who.
Did you test fit the rad and fans, that BOV looks like it MIGHT hit ...

Looks like a Spearco i/c and custom pipes to me.
Clean that engine bay, dirty dirty dirty ..

Does it run ?
good luck with the car DooD

No, the gauge pod is made for a S13 Silvia. It comes from Japan!

The valve cover was custom made. Painted pearl white (color of my car) with a black centerpiece and silver lettering.

We test fit the rads and fans and the BOV does not hit.

The intercooler and piping is completely custom. The core was custom made for this car. The engine bay will be cleaned tomorrow.

And finally, the car runs PERFECTLY!

I won't be cleaning the engine bay soon... I just stored the car and it won't come out for the whole winter. Except maybe to get the exhaust installed.

@Nerfdude

Why stop at saying it's a S16 Whitetop SR? I could say it's the new GT-R Concept engine...

@tRaNCeRBoi408

I can get anything from Border-Racing. Shipping is expensive though. I resell for them in Montreal. E-Mail me if you need anything.

@crioten

The white valve cover was way too easy to do, as for the tail-lights, it's the body shop that installed them. They charged me 250 CDN for the paint and install.

quick question for ya, do you own the sr canada shop or work there? also, how much do you think you have spent on your engine swap and are planning to spend. i think your car looks sexy as hell...wish my white s13 was yours =)

i also like the way you have been posting on cardomain

Actually, that shop owns the two nicest s14 in Quebec (or Canada). They've been running 21 psi daily on t28s. As a matter of fact, I bought a s15 t28 off their car, which is upgrading to a t3/t4 setup. The shop is located in Montreal. People there know their stuff... And they let participate in all the steps so I could learn more from them and the engine.

I have spent nearly 7500 on the swap, everything included (taillights, body, engine, upgrades and all). I hope to hit 13s and low 13s with upgraded injectors, SAFC and 300ZX maf.

hey halo why'd you get someone to install ur taiights.. i can understand getting them painted. but installing em is a sinch isn't it? i've taken off the tailights off my old fb 100's of times

HaLo

Mostly because I've done my swap at a body shop and they charged me 200$CDN to paint and swap the tail-lights. I could've done it myself, but since they were painting they, why not let them do the job and be sure that there is no leak?
