A tick in my sr20det

hey guys so today i started up my car and i have a tick when its at 2500-4000 rpms its not a deep knocking but just a tick. i did a oil a change and it is alot quieter but still thier. i was thinking lifter tick but im not to sure... let me know what you think THANKS

bleed your lifters!! take the valve cover off and press on each individual lifter, if you can press it then that means that its got air in it!!.. Go here http://www.jgycustoms.com/honda/infolinks.htm and scroll down to the lifter bleeding part..
