HICAS is on s13s only along wiht Super HICAS. i forgot what it stands for, but if i remember correctly [i dont have a s13, so i realy dont need to remember about it] it is where all 4 wheels are turned when u turn the steering wheel.

It's High Capacity Active Steering.
Everyone here but me hates it.

Actually, I like it also - at least in concept.

No shit? This is a first for me hahaha
I loved it... Ya gotta remember though, it's not just rear wheel steering... You have tighter ratio steering in the front, thicker sway bars (I'm told) and stiffer springs. It's a package, my car was always stock.. Skidpad (not sure of size) #s for stock Hicas cars (S13, S14 and S15) are all around .95G.
I know my S14 would be lucky to be at .90, but I think stock is .88... And it's stock..

I also love it! it's great...
bad for drift, but I don't like drift anyways.

*high 5* haha
I'm not a huge drifter, I mean I have to slide around every now and then, but. . I never noticed any problems when doing so... I could hold it sideways on curvy roads at speeds of around ~45 mph... And I don't know why people call it "twitchy"
I dunno... for all around driving, it was a great system. If it sucked, they wouldn't have put it in the GT-R =)
Or the J30t (Leopord), 300zx TT... Older Q45 (Prez) had it too, right?
