Stock boost on the sr20det is 7 right?
how much boost can i increase on stock internals. Along with raising the boost i plan on installing HKS FMI, 300zx tt feul pump, greddy oil pan, boost cntrlr, and an apex VFC for the 1st rnd of mods.
am i forgetting anything for boost increases?

depends are you asking about the stock T25? cuz 7psi on it and 7psi on a HKS GT3037 are worlds apart. on the T25 you arent going to come close to the max of the block but the efficiency range on it is done at like 15psi iirc.

yeah i was talking about the stock turbo, i don't plan on upgrading turbos soon.
so whats the max rwhp i can make on stock internals? my goal is to have a reliable daily driver with lot o' external mods (but stock engine internals) that can hold its own at the strip/street against the v8's.
any numbers on hp gains from a FMI with the stock t25 turbo?

people have made 400+ on stock internals
stock T25 I believe with the right tuning wiill get you somewhere in the 250-300 range. 300 is probably strecthing it alot

i'd say 250. Past then you loose power after 6000rpm and the turbo will be done in a week.
240rwhp is probobly as high as you should aim on the T25.

400 horsepower at the flywheel is about all the stock internals can handle. And if you run it at that for too long, the older it gets, the more prone you are to blowin' your shit to pieces. If you are going to go over 350 flywheel hp, get new internals and save yourself tons of time and money.
