View Full Version : any one order defi gauges from touge factory?

i placed a order a bout a month about, got my confirmation email and invoice saying ive paid...but nothing else, ive ordered stuff from them before and got my stuff witin a week. figured maybe they were out of stock and maybe need a week or two to get it from somewhere else...but 3 weeks later and havent recieved it. been busy the past week so i havent been able to call, but im gonna give them a call tommorow. just wondering if anyone has had to wait for em.

just call touge factory up. They are such reputable and standup guys that they should be able to figure it out in no time. Their customer service is badass.

yes i know, as ive stated, im calling tommorow, its 12am est right now...dont think anyones gonna be there right now. just wanted to see TONITE!! if anyone had ordered gauges from them.

dude , took me almost 2 month to get a RMA for a GTR grill that arrived broke. called them more than 6 times and they always said oh yes we gonna send fedex to pick it up . that fedex thing took over a month, i got lucky that the last time i call i spoke with a different guy that took care of my problem, at the end they fixed my problem but took me a couple of calls and waiting time.
also ordered my overfenders from them . no problem with that

yea ive had good experiences, ordered my wheel and hub, got a call 45 minutes later that they dont carry the hub i wanted anymore and wanted to know if i wanted to upgrade to the WB which was like $20 more, came in like 3 days, and some other things ive ordered came real quick.

Defi probably did not have your items in stock, so Touge Factory couldn't send you anything....

i buy almost everything from touge factory, no problems here, stand up dudes and quick to fix any issues or problems

yea i spoke with mike at touge factory and found out defi shit was on backorder but they didnt notify them, should be getting my stuff monday.
