Hello, Thanks in advance for your input.
ok my main issue is a stutter on hard accelerations when boosting. If i mash on the gas the car pulls fine then it feels like the car "hicups or hesitation" and then pulls fine again. it happens on 2nd 3rd and 4th. I haven't been able to produce it in 1st or 5th. if i ease into full acceleration there is no issues. happens around 3000-4000rpm. I have checked for vacuum leaks and turbo leaks none found spark plugs are good too.

Engine s14, 550cc injectors , z32 maf, walbro pump, Nismo FPR, stock t28 turbo, Power FC tuned by G-Dimensions boosting 13psi everything else stock. I believe it might be a tuning/timing related but would like your opinions.

Thanks.

Defentiely sounds like a turbo leak. I thought everything was cool but when i took it off.... turns out one of the bolts on the Outlet gasket wasn't even there. but just went to Advance Auto Parts and got the bolt went home threw that bitch on. And VOILA no more "hiccups":2f2f:

Thanks, for the Post.
Problem Solved. Ill try to make sense... I'm backing up a bit here, bare with me.
I Bought the Power FC boost Controller kit and partially installed it but didn't have it ready in time for the initial tune so i used my HKS boost controller. So the car was tuned with the HKS controller to .9bar
Turns Out The Power FC Boost controller was activated on the ecu and set to .7 bar or so. Although it was not controlling boost i still had it set up to read boost. So back to my issue, The problem was when i push the car and it hits .7 bar or so around 3,000 - 4,000 rpm the car stutter because the ecu thinks it bieng overboosted and kills fuel immediatly to prevent engine damage. So by turning off the boost controller on the power fc it fix the issue. hope this helps someone.

Thanks,
Jorge
