Im going to upgrade to a 5 lug conversion setup. I found a pair of 350z rear spindles for a super cheap price ($60). I have no idea if they are able to be used. The mechanic selling them (of course) says that they will definitely work.

Has anyone ever used 350z rear spindles? Or know if they will work at all for an s13 platform? Or should I play it safe and just spend $200 for the n/a Z32 spindles?

Thanks in advanced.

Mods plz move this thread if I have posted in the wrong section. Thanks.

be a pioneer and just man up and try it. i've wondered this myself because my friend had a spare set of hubs, but i found a good deal on na z32 hubs.

sure it'll waste half a day if you do attempt it.

iff it works you'll be legendary like the first dude who did an sr swap.

I am pretty sure you can get OEM S14 front hubs for a little over 200 from the dealer. I will have a set of S14 rear hubs and J30 rear hubs w/ ebrake assembly for sale here in the next couple of months.

yeah...sure...you CAN get the front hubs for 200.... but then you have to add the cost of the S14 LCA and spindles....unless you somehow got them for free.

cant' just slap on S14 front hubs. it's like not brushing your teeth at night...

Ahh ok, I wasn't sure, I've never not owned either a S14 or a car with 5 lug (I was trying to be helpful but I was wrong so my bad).
