Sick of messing with my hard line I got a conversion line. When I took out my MC to rebuild I pulled out the hard line. Now I go to install the Conversion line I notice it's short as hell.

Anyone else have this line and notice how short it is?

it does look quite short. maybe the intention of the line is to have the line be "hidden" and go behind the motor and across the tranny straight to the sc? still it looks like its at least 6 inches too short for that too.

Make sure your line is the 52"(IIRC) line! I have one installed, for 2yrs now... actually. It does not route the same way the stock line does.
I have the 90* at the master, then running behind the brake booster, down over the tranny, straight to slave. HTH
My initial install was over the booster then down over the tranny. I like it better behind the booster.

They are shorter, buddy of mine had it. It eliminated the short rubber piece too. Should be long enough to go straight from MC directly to the SC.

i have that exact line and when i got it, i thought it would be short too but after installing it, it's just right. mines is routed on the back of the motor above where the bell housing meets it. ill take a pic when i get my camera back.

That looks like the agency line I got. It is just barely the right length. You will not be able to thread it in the stock location. Would it have killed them to put two 90* fittings on that thing? It would have fit so much better if they did that.

Yeah it's an AP line. I like the quality of the unit. It's just to damn short.
The fittings it seems is how "everyone" does it. As I have been looking around for comparisons. Trying to find the lengths of other company's lines. I know taka makes one. Looking to see if others are just re brands.
