Tension rod bushings?

I bought some Cusco tension rods from a friend and they didn't have the cone shaped washer/bushings on the pillow ball end. Where can I find these or what could be used as a replacement.

I haven't looked too much into either one, but you might find what you need there. That is, assuming that you don't have the necessary rod ends because they were taken off instead of being broken off.
