I was browsing youtube and saw a video of a SC with AF suspension. Did a little bit of research and found out that there is a application for the S-chassis.

I've seen a set-up like this for a while on the top secret website but they want $2900 just for the front 2 and extra $1800 for the rears. Just for the cups
It seems that the set-up for the Lexus community is going for $2770 shipped WITH Coilovers. This could be a cheap-er solution for someone looking for Air-ride.
I'm about to email them to inquire about cups only for the S-chassis since most of us would want to keep our coils.
Heres a link to the site: http://www.airforce-sus.com/airtank.htm#FIT
Thoughts?

I've been looking for a mild setup like this for a while now, after seeing grants set up. Im interested in seeing what the prices would start at just for the bags itself since I already have coilovers. keep us updated :2f2f:

Did you read the link? They're regular coilovers with an inflatable bag inside a cylinder. Uninflated there's no change to the original coilover setup, they sit flat and unobtrusive to the shock design, their main purpose is to raise the car to travel over bumps, potholes, or to lift the car by adding additional height. It's no different than just getting out and raising the car manually by the collars.

Yeah but it seemed like a slue of opinions and no facts to back up the claims. No proof. I understand the purpose, I want to know the facts.

I've been looking into this for awhile...Airunner makes a set for the S15 which can be fit to a S14 or so I've heard...UAS has bags that'll fit the fronts, but I need to find a cheap set for the rears as there a bit tight...going to expirement soon

i used to float around club lexus and the only skeptical points that the members had over there was the magic box (the all in one box u put in your trunk) and that you could not drive at normal speeds while the car was raised.
i know some members bought the kit over there, but never said if they installed it or not.
