before everyone starts flaming and giving me red squares i did a search on this and all that was found was either for aftermarket nonairbag or stock steering wheel... well i installed a s15 wheel on my s14 and the airbag light is flashing i pluged in the airbag and horn connectors too, what do i do to get rid of this problem? i got irratated of the flashing so i pulled the light out of the cluster for now but rather fix the problem for safety reasons, would the airbags still work if i got into a accident as of now? any help would be appreciated

You read and reset the airbag 'code' by using the door switch. Seriously.

Search on here for 'reset airbag light'.

Um, wow. The diagnostics is built in to the control unit, how would changing the wheel affect that?

And it's 7 times within 5 seconds of turning the key on.
