So I've been following this thread for a few days now and this is truly a wonderful battle going on.
A guy is a member of a Housing Association. About a year after he had moved in, the HOA had signed a contract with a private parking enforcement company in order to reduce the number of parking problems they've had. This company had started a rampage of serial bootings of people's cars and eventually the OP was hit as well. He however didn't take it sitting down. After doing a little homework, he went down and picked up some car dollies and moved his car into the garage and thus started a battle between him and the parking enforcement company.
