i purchased a s13 digital a/c cluster from him for 40 dollars..
he told me it has shipped, its been 3 weeks.. no contact no nothing.. wont reply to my pms...
just wondering if anyone has delt with him before, any good or bad reviews to let me rest assure i get my product.?

Supracrazy (another member) has also informed me that he has purchased something from him (around the same time as me) and hasnt received any messages or product from Ern1

x2 I bought a driveshaft from this guy and a SE lip the only PM i received from him as on the 10th after I messaged him stating i hadent received anything yet...He then said "the drive shalft was sent back because the box riped but i sent it out yesterday and lip was also sent i think this is the tracking # 420334149101785091401609079746 usps"
I looked up the number and it said whatever item it was was shipped on the 5th of June. I don't see how that is possible if I got the message on the 10the with him saying she shipped it yesterday (the 9th)

purchased this item through paypal and will be doing a dispute soon but atm im going to wait a tiny bit more just because i have a problem and think the best of people :(

and i did some research on ALL his 99 posts
i read every one he posted, he has shipped a few items that fellow zilvians have purchased.. so im giving him the benefit of the doubt for a bit longer,

it seems that he will put things forsale but the minute people would ask about them he would say " SOLD SORRY " or something like that,
which kinda makes no sense cause if he was a thief he would be taking all the money he can you know..

run a paypal dispute, they wait the alotted days then you have the option to file a claim with paypal. Luckily I received my money that I got scammed by a seller on Ebay but it all depends if that scammer has the funds on his/her account for paypal to retrieve. Good Luck!

Dud I already filled my dispute and then waited 2 days and still no responce so I raised it to a claim... Still no word but they said they should be over with this within 30 days

im just pissed that this poor broke ass piece of shit.. is scamming everyone.. it was one of my first buys on zilvia.. and i got pwnt.. TWICE by him and then again by paypal.. and that sucks cause it left a bitter taste in my mouth for both zilvia and paypal..
i hate the fact that i didnt get my climate control cause mine is uuuuuugry and id be so much happier with the one he was selling.. but he choose to fuck me.. its 40 dollars no big deal.. but if i lived in the states be sure id find this goofy and break his legs..
