I think cages are only needed for tandem.

the transition isnt as hard as it looks UNLESS you hit it with TOO MUCH angle. then u wil lbreak more then aero.. i know this i bent 3 tie rods in one event.

and u can hit 3rd if ur crazy enough :)

as far as pricing, we are still in the talks with NOS on how much to run the venue. Ill be able to give you guys a price around next week. We will have a good layout for the beginners and advance. There could be some tandem runs there too.....depending on who it is...get at me next week for more info....OVER and out...to UTAH!!!

My Shamu Z33 (the gray whale) did get a few improvements over the last couple of weeks but it´s still a daily drifter with AC, power windows, power seats, CD changer, subwoofer etc... so that red monster will be out when the course calls for lighter weight to keep up.

NOS will likely not let anymore events go on in that lot. The asphalt was starting to come up.
They have a smaller one that Naoki may be able to convince them to use, but it would be a small event and only 2nd gear.

That lot did allow for some fun courses.

There is going to be 2 track layouts
1. BEGINNER LAYOUT- will be focused mainly on the infield, it will be the ROCK THE DRIFT qualifying course. You can drift the first bank if you want but if not you can just drift the infield
2. ADVANCED LAYOUT- Full course mofos, both banks, infield, old school DB layout

i'm surprised that i'm not seeing alot of support from other local drivers
c'mon guys this is a track right in our backyard
so let's try and keep this venue alive!
