I am planning to add a fuel cell into my car and dump the old OEM gas tank. However, I have some trouble figuring what goes where. Here is the diagram that I made of how the lines suppose to go.

Now here are my questions:
1.Should I put the 1st fuel pump UNDER the tank since the outlet of the fuel cell is the bottom and the pump might not be able to suck in fuel if I put it above the outlet.
2. Should I put the fuel filter after the 2nd pump?
3. I have an extra hole on the surge tank, what is that for?
4. How do I wire the pump?
Here are my set up:
S13 black top SR20DET
GT3076R
External wastegate
850cc Top feed injectors
Top feed fuel rail
Sard FPR
Car will be mainly for Drifting and going on track days and I am shooting for more more than 500whp.
I would appreciate if someone can edit my set up and guide me on how to wire the pump.
