I have been very lucky a couple of times buying used tires on zilvia. I was unlucky one time when I bought a set of New/used tires from a member who I will not name. It was only a problem once I got them mounted and then found two of the four tires I bought were blistered with sidewall bubbles. There is no way to tell when the tire is un-inflated to see if a tire is defective, only once you get tires mounted and inflated
then see you're fuxored.
So, If possible would like to ask fellow members try to be honest as much about the used tires you want to post for sale or responding to peoples WTB adds.
Side wall bubblling looks like this:

Thanks, I sold those bad tires to someone else who used them for drifting. Still i disclosed the condition of the tires and the buyer was ok with them...............
The seller who I bought the tires off of was a piece of work, when I called to discuss the matter just another typical*****************.
just as a heads up. just know what your looking at before you buy. Lot of people in zilvia work at dealers and tire shops, tires are thrown into the trash can for a reason and figure pick them up for free sell them to someone who has a limited knowledge on the subject. Buyer has bad accident and then what happens next? Laws prohibiting the sale of used tires. So straighten up and be honest.

TUV does not allow used tires for use in germany. when your going autobhan speeds that is a very dangerious risk.:mepoke:

You know the feeling when you go get the tires mounted and then you see a bubble on the side wall, kina like when a random chick calls you up from the blue saying she is "PREGNAT" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :bash:

yea that's complete bullcrapola right there.
i used to work at a dealership and used to look thru the garbaged tires myself.
saw that all of them had the following that you mentioned and tha was the reason they were all going in there.
if your actually taking those tires from dealerships and selling them.
your pretty much a killer.

There are a couple of members up here that are doing this. Not dropping names. Just asking them to disclose what they are selling..
