there is no easy way to do it right
just get a piece of pipe to put in the stock rubber hose
then put the ss line on that
or remove the tranny and change the hose

im thinking of cutting the hard line that is on there with a copper line cutter and putting it on there. if i do that ill put up some pics.

i just put that hose on and all that i did was take off the hard line, cut about 2" from the end off with a copper pipe cutter and used that into both the stainless line and the rubber line. shit was easy.:fruit:

Search my posts.

Weld shut stock line. Get S14/15 water outlet. Reroute coolant return line to front. Much easier.

i just did this and it was a pain in the ass but it was completed as the kit intended.

first i removed all of the coil pack plugs and shifted them back away from the firewall and completely out of the way. make sure you disconnect the ground wire on the back of the engine that runs into the coil pack harness. from there we removed the big ass black coolant hose and got that out of the way. once that is out of the way you can remove the small rubber hose that ties into your hard line that runs to the turbo. now with all of that shit out of the way you can slip the new line onto the hard line that you just exposed behind the motor. after you clamp that down pretty good just put all the shit back together in reverse.

when you clamp it down make sure that you have it oriented so that your hose end will line up really well when you go to attach it to the turbo. you dont want to have to re-do all that shit again just so you can twist the hose a little. your kit may have swivel hose ends and if thats the case then you are fine. good luck if you decide to go through with this method.

if you are looking for an easy way out though, i would recommend just cutting the hard line as previously mentioned and attached you new line to that.

i cut the hard line and attached it to the hose that way.

right on, that is the easier way to do it and it works just the same.
