Brand new Yashio Factory coupler type water temp guage

Yashio Factory coupler type water temp guage brand new in origanl packing. I bought this from RHDJapan.com except i have no use for it.

If this water temp isnt capable of being used on any SR tell me what motor its for cause idk.
But on the rhdjapan.com website it says its compatible for most Nissan vehicles.

i was going to buy from RHDjapan too but i ask them first and they told me that it won't work with US harness plug.

do you have this version? can you vouch that it won't work on a usdm harness? ...any reason why you wouldnt be able to just re-pin the plug and have it work...?

hmm ok i want to get the same yashio factory guage but the other version that YF sales i want to know if i can get the multi sensor one, but i need to know that it will work with the S13 SR and how does it work or how do you hook it up?

does it use the 1/8th fitting like most water temp guages.

This would probably work with any sr and probably a lot more nissans as it probably connects to consult. All it would really use is an Rx, Tx, Clk signal, 12v and gnd. And oh looky, I counted 5 wires going into the plug.

From what i see, the pink wire is 12v, the blue is Tx, the white or yellow on on the corner is a rx signal, the other white or yellow colored wire is a clk signal and the black is a ground.

Heck, I could probably make this work on my ka24e.:faint:

Because of that, sell it to me for $50 shipped so i can post in the Bargain Thread about scoring a good ass deal on a nice product. Ill even do a write up after I install it!

Yeah that might just work but its to much of a hassel for me and id rather get the multi sensor guage like i should of gotn it in the first place. ill sell it to you for 150 shipped if you want and you can try out your idea.

The plug should be by the fuse panel on the lower driver side. If it doesnt work, that probably means who ever did the wiring during your sr swap didnt connect up the consult wires. You would have to wire straight off your ecu then.

hmm intresting well ill see but the guy at the top said somthin about that plug not being on the USDM harness.

You need to pay attention as well. 2 BUMP LIMIT. PERIOD.... Please RE-READ the rules, re-evaluate your price, then list again. RHDJAPAN or not that is just an insane price for it.
