I've had a ton of offers for teardrops with no center caps and/or no usable tires so I want to clarify. I'm selling these because I need the extra cash and if I had to get rid of them I wouldn't mind teardrops. I don't want to have to go out and buy four new tires plus mount and balance unless the buyer is willing to put up the money to do so.

Basically, I want good condition teardrops with centercaps only. If they don't have any tires in good shape then I want $400 on top of the stock wheels.
