s14 se rims 16x 7.5 5x114 with tires

i have a set of set rims in good condition with 2 tires almost new and two tires with about 3/10 thread on them 3 tires hold air fine one tires is cracked and does hold air as you can see in the pics.
tires are Kumho Ecsta

im pretty sure the width is 6.5 and not 7.5 for stock s14 se wheels.
