In short, my best friend's girl crashed her G yesterday and he offered the ENTIRE 5 lug suspension to me for free should it fit my S13. I'm just wondering if there's any way possible it would work. I'm pretty sure the rotors and calipers will fit since they're identical to the 350z's brakes and it has already been done before. And I'm also pretty sure that for the fronts, I would need the conversion hubs. Just wondering what would be needed to have it on my car if it can be done.
Should it fit, I'll leave the rear brake's stock and get S14 SE rotors and put the G brakes in the front.

Cant say I've seen it done nor attempted. The way I see it, if parts fall on your lap for free, why the hell not try it? Not like you got much to loose in trying. If YOU dont wanna do the work, give the parts to somebody who's willing to try it out atleast...
the rears will work
the fronts wont
so use the rears and buy conversion hubs for the front.
also, take the engine too :-)

Which hubs will you need for the rear? G35 or S14's? Also What about the e-brake cable?
you would use the G35 hubs. because the G35 has tophat style rear brakes, you would need the things it would take to convert a 240 to z32/skyline brakes. But you could use the s14 rear rotors and s13 brake calipers.
or just get everything, and say fuck parking brake? get a hydro with a locking mechanism?

if you dont get that engine, you should be shot. twice.
and if you end up using the g35 brakes and hubs, post pics!

Take a side by side comparison picture of the G35 front hubs and the S13/14 front hubs so we can see why it wouldnt work...im just curious if its feasible to mod it to work.

G35 front suspension is very similar to the Z32, it's got a floating hub.

Thanks guys, I guess I'm gonna roll around with a 5 lug rear and a 4 lug front till conversion hubs come in. I'll take pictures of the front hubs when I get the chance.
