when I press the cluth, the cylindre move, and the clutch is hard to move, but it never engage. The engine running, I can put the transmission in any speed and it's always like on neutral... what can be my problem? I've just swap the engine and the way..

did you bleed the clutch? you have the right slave cynlinder?
if the clutch cylinder moves as in the whole thing moves?

If you can put the tranny in any gear while the car is on, and it not going anywhere its your transmission all by itself. being that you can put it in gear the clutch is properly working.
Did you forget to put the driveshaft in? lol

Yes, the slave cylindre is corectly bleeded cause I've never opened the line, I've just unbolted the slave from the tranny, and all things move corectly. But the clutch feeling is not the same than before. The clutch is hard to move all the way trough. I removed the tranny from the block and put it back together, can I have done something wrong?

That sounds really wierd, You said that it "will" go into gear when the car is on? or when its off?
Maybe try bleeding the slave again, even though u didn't touch it. See it that helps.
Sorry I can't be much help. Sounds like a wierd situation though

T/O bearing may have slid too far off the input shaft or you broke the fork pivot. Whatever it is you need to pull it again to verify.

yep.....might of installed it poorly... sorry to say it take it off and check it out...
