On July 21, 2009 I sent $12.50 to DreamN (Jimmy Vaquerano) for a 75 amp fuse he was selling. It was to be shipped to me. I gave him an unverified PayPal address and he said he won't ship to that address. He said he will only ship to the address provided by PayPal. My PayPal has two Verified addresses so I wasn't sure which one he shipped to.

I then ask him which address he shipped the fuse to on 7/29/09 since PayPal / USPS says it has already been shipped.

I get no reply.

On 7/31/09 I email him again asking which address he shipped it to or if he even shipped it.

Still no reply to this day.

I can clearly see that Jimmy is active and still posting on this forum so he has seen my PM's.

Judging from Jimmy's awesome record of positive reviews, I thought this transaction would go super smoothly, but no, I am simply amazed by his lack of communication.

Jimmy could have easily responded to my PM's and say whether he shipped it or not, but instead decided to ignore me and leave me hanging.

As of now, I don't even want the fuse anymore, a refund of $12.50 would be nice.

Bottom line, he has horrible communication, and is clearly ignoring me. I even called his phone twice but no answer. Now, I am out $12.50 with no fuse and can't get my car started =\.
