This is weird as hell. I put Xentec HID's on my car are when i turn them on radio stations with weak signal go straight to static :loco: I dont know what HID's have to do with radio signals but i check the grounds and connections and everything seems fine. The really strange part is the radio in my garage was playing and i turn the headlights on and it starts cracking and all you can hear is static, and the radio was not even touching the car. It was 10 feet away. I asked around and nobody knows why it does this. It worked perfectly fine before i put the hids in. If anyone knows what the hell is up with this thing please let me know it would be greatly appreciated:bowdown:

ok quick search and its the balasts probably causing a frequency close to radio waves interference, etc etc.
check this link on fixes

Ill try some of the things they are trying like this:
Wrap the ballast in foil and add farrite beads to the cables coming out. be sure to add a solid ground to the case of the ballast. <-- this will resolve the problem.
They also talk about some kind of filter too??

Yeah ill let yall know if i ever get it fixed. I got a few things to try but i think i need a filter for the ballasts' because they say the buzzing sound they make is what interferes with radio signal

+1 on shitty ballasts and frequency interference. i have had a couple of crappy HID kits, but never had radio problems.
