Got this as part of Enjuku's $289 shipped sale...... i wasn't sure if the current one in my car was leaking or not so i grabbed an extra just in case, turns out mine is fine so i'm selling this one as i have no use for it. This is new in the box, NEVER OPENED straight from enjuku about a month ago

the inlet/outlet are opposite sides i believe, but you can definitely make it work with different hoses, just like the SR swap people who have KA radiators still

i'm no RB expert, but a quick search on an rb swap "how to" showed this
"A factory KA (SR won't fit) radiator can be re-used but even slim aftermarket fans will have to be retrofitted to clear the front crank pulley. S13 owners should source a thicker S14 radiator, if possible." so i'm gonna have to assume no? you might want to look into it more though
