The reservoir for the clutch master cylinder is always empty. All the fluid leaks into my car. It leaks from the picture below:

What is the best way to fix this leak?

There is also a mystery wire hanging from the right side of the transmission. What is this wire for?

I also noticed that there seems to be a missing hose at the bottom of the radiator. The radiator does not leak. What is the missing hose for?

for your middle picture..that "mistery wire" is just a breather....i asked the same question and thats what i was told so dont worry about it

the CMC has some rubber seals on the back side (inside the car) that you can see in your pic. My guess would be replace seals/get a rebuild kit.

does that mean then that the tranny breather just needs to be open to the air...not hooked up to anything? I have the same question

1. Your going to need a new brake master cylinder by the looks of it...
2. That wire hanging is a breather that should be bolted on to your bellhousing bolt above your starter.. It's fine if it's not on...won't harm a thing.
3.Your car is an automatic correct? Those 2 radiator lines should be your automatic transmission coolant hoses.

Wait so what is that red wire for? Some kind of breather wire? I'd like more info on it if anyone has any.

And to downshift_sideways, my car has a manual transmission.

Do manual 240SX's have a different radiator? If not, then is there supposed to be anything hooked up in my third picture?

It's not a wire, it's a hose. The breather hose, found on all transmissions and differentials ever built is just to allow for pressure release inside the case as the fluid sloshes around inside. It should be mounted to a bolt up on the bellhousing somewhere, higher than the tube it connects to.

All automatic transmission equipped cars have a cooler built into the lower portion of the radiator. Someone put an auto one in your car at some point, maybe to replace a damaged or leaking unit.

For the clutch master cylinder, the rear seal is leaking, rebuild or replace it.

Although I understand your concern for finding these things, five seconds on any search engine would have yielded a host of results to answer all your questions and give you details as to their purpose, it's not like these are 240SX specific questions, nor are they complicated or uncommon.

First 1)Buy a new CMC u sound kinda newb so i would say just buy a new one, better off then buying the rebuild kit and messing it up. just a few bolts and a cotter pin theres a writeup if you need help somewhere here.
Second 2) its a breather tube just as everyone stated. just bolt it do something with it to stay above where the tube starts starter might be easest for you.
third 3) no more to be said owned by ProjectRDM

Get a new OEM clutch master cylinder. Not rebuilt. Not remanufactured. New OEM if posssible.

Bolt the breather hose on top of the transmission with the loop facing down so dirt/debris/rocks/etc. don't get into the hose and clog.

Cap off the automatic cooler so stuff doesn't get in and clog/rust/etc.

Done.
