Any one know what the difference is between the Auto eng harness and the Manual?? Can I just do some pin swaping/ Plug aleviating? wire cutting?? to make it work?? haha.. I also threw in there that I have a 7al msd.. to make it more confusing :)

LMK what you know or if some one has done it before I would appreciate the intelligence.

Thanks in advance :)

you should be able to just splice the wires from the msd to the coil. ignition wise i dont think the wiring harness has much of a difference.

The lower engine harness on the ka24e are identical from manual to automatic with one differnce being the automatic has a lot of extra wires going to the tranny.

I'm not so sure about the duely, if it has the same plug it should be.

ok with that being said before the only wiring that you have to do to make a auto to 5 speed run is trip this one plug, its underneith the fuse box by the battery and the wires that run to the plug are colored blackyellow blackwhite you connect those two together and the car will start right up **In gear or not so be carefull**

lol no. i believe (iirc) that you basically unplug the stock coil from the connector. the 2 wires that were connected should be spliced, then ran to the msd, then the msd to the coil in your case the Lucas sport coil. then all you have to wire is the + and - then the switched 12v source.

dont quote me word for word though, its been a while since ive done it.
