I purchased something through their site (mc to sc s13/s14 ss line) two days ago and paid the money, but no response from them... and... i emailed both their sales email and customer support email and no frickin response either, in fact I get a message fail delivery first 4 hours, then 8 hours then 24hours return... wth?

I've dealt with them in the past. The owner comes highly recommended per zilvia, yet my experience was very similar to yours. Do not expect quick turn around on a product or even a response via email. I waited about 3 weeks for a master to slave line without the product being shipped. On the plus side, my money was reimbursed quickly once I requested it.

After 3 weeks I requested my money back. He was happy to do it and the request was filled promptly.

it takes them a little bit to ship but everything is top quality. i bought all my lines from them. brakes, clutch, and turbo lines.

How the hell do I contact them lol.. their email doesn't work :-/ I don't want my money back, I already paid it was like 60USD or something mc to sc s13/s14 ss clutch line... i want it lol... that's why I bought it :-/ Bypasses damper, no hardline/soft line bs, just one line...

Yea, weird, I used e-mail and got ahold of him no problem, there was an issue with him forgetting to send them out, but then he overnighted them to me, so it all worked out.

I couldn't get in contact with the emails on his site and he PM'd me that email. I ordered a 0.06 restrictor fitting and he's getting it to me in two days after it was ordered (for $10 for shipping, it'd better be!)

I purcahsed lines from them last week and got them yesterday. Top notch lines, but a little slow in sending the product out. Don't worry about Harp scamming you, your order will come.

burrcise - lol, well as long as I got the whole of zilvia on my side supporting me on this I trust he is good too then :D... I just never dealt with them befoe, so I don't know :) I'm used to click buy, get shippment when getting things online haha...
I just like to get response/communication/shippments when I pay lol.. I had a terrible experience with ls-auto that pissed me off a year ago... 3-4 weeks without any communication (actually I never got any email back) paypal reimbursed me lol.

My advice is to fix your mail servers, cause none of those emails work it all bounced back now it said 48hours delay :-/
Good thing I was provided an email in this thread otherwise we'd never get in touch haha... oh and when you ship hook me up with tracking number :)

Thanks for the kind words. Just wanted to let you all know that Taka is now a lower volume higher quality outfit whose roots are in customer service. Yes we take a week to deliver. BUT if you email me first and let me know that you need it overnighted, its usually never a problem. Taka is moving to position itself as a provider for high quality custom machined fittings (Taka restrictor fittings), Setrab/Earls Oil and Power Steering Cooler kits, custom tubo line/cooler jobs, and of course the Taka Lines that I FIRST put onto the market in 2001 with the help of old school members Omar and Wayne.
Just for points of reference, my email contact address is
[email protected] I will look into why the emails are bouncing back. But I will also provide my cell phone number (i doubt anyone anymore would do that....would they??). Its 909-633-6661. However, please since I am so busy, I normally respond much quicker to text messages. I normally do not pick up.

yeah harp was great when i ordered turbo lines. like he says, email him ahead of time and he'll get them out to you quick. i paid a little extra and he next day-d my turbo lines.
then i went back to him for my break lines and clutch line. good quality stuff.

Maybe you should read my posts? I don't have text messaging and my cell is only local, i cant imagine how much international calls from a cellie would be. I gave him my cellie number as well.
