S13 and S14 tension rods are the same.

I've got some brand new Footwerks I bought for my old S13 - $120 picked up local.

Huh, Tein's the only one I've ever seen that has different parts... Most of the others (my Footwerks and my Battle Version included) just use the built-in adjustment to compensate for different lengths.

Pick up my Footwerks! They're for my S13, still zip tied from the factory!

ya also circuit sports makes the s13 and s14 different.
