swaping a ka24de into a 90 240sx

I just got my hands on a ka24de from a 93' 240sx. It was my brothers but he destroyed the car. The engine was in good condition. I don't want to spend money on an sr20det so I just decided to swap this engine in and turbocharge it. What do I need to do this or will it fit right in?

it's quite simple, the only tricks are the power steering, air conditioning (neither of which I still have) and the wiring.  You have to splice 6 wires under the dash.  this is explained quite well on unstable-hybrids.com
