im having some problems on my 240.
-every time i turn the steering wheel it makes noise. the noise sounds like it need some grease.
-when i switch gear it shakes and makes a sound(happens 3 times a day and its not cuz i dont know how to drive)
-it takes me a really long time to open my door with the duplicate key cuz the original key broke.

Your writting is incredibly vague.
-What sound does your transmission make when you shift gears? I assume it's a grinding noise which could mean that your synchros are dead... or it could be a meowing noise which could mean that you have transmission cats.
-Your locks are probably busted.

check if you have powersteering fluid and if the belt needs to be tightend.

well legally you arent allowed to turn back your odometer.
when you go to register it or smog it, they record the mileage and it'll flag it on carfax that odometer mileage jumped back. scamfest if you try to sell the car.
just leave it be. its def a clean ride though.

did you solve any of your other problems? it takes me a couple of seconds to unlock and lock my car, too. since the locks themselves are two decades old, and no.. you don't need to match your door keys with your ignition.
also to remove your window lever, there is a cotter pin holding it unto the shaft. just press on the door panel and you'll see it.

for your key issue
look inside ur glove box and there should be a sticker with a keycode. go to dealership with registration and id and they will make it for u for like $7
what kind of sound does it make when u shift?
