The flasher is hanging off a bracket by the SECU, near the steering column.

It's black. I've never seen a yellow relay anywhere in any Nissan vehicle.

Yellow one is the door chime not a relay.

Also, check your hazard flasher switch. I found out the hard way that you need this installed to use your turn signals.

My S13 had a fast blinker, turned out to be a wire that fell out of the plug in the front.
Fixed the plug and it worked perfect for inspection.

Now it seems that the same bulb is burnt =(

Flasher relay is located underneath the steering column.....It attaches to the dash bar.....Flasher relay is the one that control the tempo of the turn signal/hazard lights by using/reading resistance of the bulbs.....It means that if one of the turn signal bulbs went out, the tempo will change (faster).....

According to your problem, if both turn signal and hazard lights are not working, I guess it might be the problem of either the fuse or the flasher relay itself........I would suggest you to go through FSM. Firstly, check the fuses.....Then, if needed, try to find "a working" flasher relay handy......You might want to give it a try replacing it to see if the problem is solved.....

Let me know if this helps
