I purchased an clutch kit from this guy being told that it was an authentic ACT clutch kit (search classifieds on Freshalloy.com for: ACT-6-puck for sale). What I recieved was a piece of crap clutch kit with stock nissan pressure plate and some unkown clutch disk. I want to inform members here so that if this guy is here to stay away from him. Here's a link to my eframes account with a comparison of his clutch with my SR20DET ACT that I got from Jspec (http://www.eframes.com/default.asp?guestalbum=34052.8590). If anybody needs a copy of the email I can post that also. This guy has no intent on returning my money and no morals  .

Yes,I have contacted the seller, but he refuses to answer me back. Paypal is undergoing investigation, but I doubt that they can do anything about it once money is transferred to his account. I have posted at Freshalloy also, which is the place that this person sometimes posts. You can do a search at Freshalloy in the advanced forum for his recent posts in which he tried to deny selling the clutch to me.

That is some shitty stuff to hear.  Do you know how long he has been on freshalloy?  These things have happened on zilvia as well.
